PACKAGING
 
Our preference for packaging is to keep the weight as low as possible while still providing good protection to your merchandise. We use padded envelopes for most orders, except the largest ones.
 
TRACKING
 
All shipping options we offer come with tracking, and your tracking information will be sent to you automatically by the shipping service, or included in an email to you once your order has been shipped.
 
INSURANCE
 
By default, packages are not sent with insurance. However, on request, we will insure international or domestic orders to their full value to protect your investment in our products. See below for information on RESHIPPING in the instance a package goes missing, is delayed, stolen, damaged, or encounters customs complications.
 
REFUNDS / RESHIPPING
 
In the instance that a package is lost in transit, we will gladly reship any order which had been sent insured by customer request. For an additional shipping fee, we will also reship any package that is not delivered successfully, and gets returned to us unopened. All other orders cannot be reshipped or refunded, except as a special courtesy to a valued long-time customer in extraordinary circumstances. A 20% fee will be charged for refunds for orders that were placed when the product is on back order. 
 
RETURNS
 
All sales are final once you have opened your package. Unopened returned packages will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
